Democray Museum Experience

Opened its doors at the fifth anniversary of the defeated coup attempt, The July 15 Democracy Museum in the capital narrates the story of the coup through the medium of sound and visual effects.

July 15, as the day and the night, one of the crucial phases of the recent political history of Turkey, is portrayed as a digital experience in two halls. ‘‘The longest day’’ is transformed into an immersive practice with the help of video projection, LED screen and gauze covering the floor and the walls, and enriched with special sound effects and music. The fruit of a great collaboration and labor lasting for months, the project uses 2D-3D animations and is shot in blue and black backgrounds.
